Stronger Together: Preventing Retail Crime, Protecting Communities
About ARCP
Retail crime is more than just shoplifting—it fuels organized crime, threatens businesses, and impacts communities across Alberta. Alberta Retail Crime Prevention (ARCP) was created to unite law enforcement, retailers, and industry professionals in the fight against retail crime through collaboration, education, and proactive strategies.
At the core of ARCP is our annual summit, a one-of-a-kind event that brings together experts from law enforcement and retail loss prevention to share knowledge, discuss emerging threats, and develop practical solutions. By fostering strong partnerships and open communication, we help businesses protect their assets, reduce crime, and create safer communities.
Through training, strategic initiatives, and ongoing collaboration, ARCP is committed to empowering retailers and law enforcement with the tools they need to prevent crime and hold offenders accountable. Together, we can disrupt criminal networks and build a stronger, safer retail environment for everyone.
